Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping Times

  • Subscriptions: Your envelope will ship once per month, based on the calendar day you subscribed. For example, if you subscribed on August 13th, your following shipments will process on the 13th of each month.

  • One-time purchases: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen method.

  • Free shipping promotions (when available) will be clearly noted on product pages or at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order is on its way.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international countries. Delivery times vary depending on your local carrier, usually 2–4 weeks.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Delays & Issues

  • Once your package is handed to the carrier, shipping timelines may be affected by postal delays, customs, or weather conditions beyond our control.

  • If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at archived.nottrash@gmail.com with your order number.

Address Changes

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
